Fixed cost and fixed term.

This would entail a support for a fixed cost which would be payable in advance and would be for a fixed term of either 6 months or 12 months. Our flexible contract structure means that costs are dependant on the level of support envisaged. Contact us for an assessment of your specific requirements.

Contract examples: Microtech Solutions (UK) Limited will provide support for 10 man-hours over the course of the term. This will be either telephone support or site visits by Microtech Solutions (UK) Limited or their representatives. No cost of hardware or software will be included in the agreed cost. Once the full 10 hours of support have been utilised, further support will be charged at a fixed hourly rate. If a lower degree of support is envisage, this same agreement could be over a term of 12 months. If a greater degree of support is required, Microtech Solutions (UK) Limited offer a more comprehensive service on an annual basis. This contract will include 20 man-hours over the course of the term. This will be either telephone support or site visits by Microtech Solutions (UK) Limited or their representatives. No cost of hardware or software will be included in this cost. Once the full 20 hours of support have been utilised, further support will be charged at a fixed hourly rate. If a very high degree of support is envisage, this same agreement could be over a term of 6 months.
